Hunger, Thirst & Infection Guide
Manage status bars, avoid infection, and keep your character alive.
Understanding Status Bars
Piggy: Intercity tracks hunger, thirst, health, and infection. Hunger and thirst deplete over time during exploration. When either hits zero, your health begins draining.
In the Survivor Camp hub, status bars do not deplete. Use the hub to reset and resupply before each run.
Managing Hunger & Thirst
Carry at least 2 food and 2 water items on every expedition. Cans of Food and Water Bottles are purchasable at the shop for 5 Coins each once you reach Level 5.
- Loot food and water from buildings during runs
- Buy backup supplies from Survivor Camp shop
- Return to hub when bars drop below 30%
- Never enter high-danger zones without full consumables
Infection Mechanics
If attacked by infected, there is a chance you become infected after a delay. Infected players have red name tags and will attack other survivors.
Avoid close combat without an escape route. If infected, seek immediate treatment items or return to a safe room if the mechanic allows.
