Gamepad

Pro Tips
Control mastery directly impacts survival. Sprinting generates noise and attracts infected — walk by default and only sprint in clear areas. Crouching reduces noise output significantly.
Keep your inventory key (Q) accessible during combat. Quick-swap between weapons and consumables without opening the full menu saves critical seconds when infected close in.
